Notice that F5.6 aperture is repeated eleven times, this is not a mistake. The HV20 and HV30 cameras have built-in graduated ND filter, which tries to keep the camera at F5.6 for as long as possible. Apparently, this is the camera's sweet spot in terms of picture quality. The ND filter is good for additional 2 and 3/4 f-stops. This should be good enough to keep the camera at proper shutter speed even in daylight, unless you shoot a white wall.
